Office buildings are grouped into three categories; Class A, Class B, or Class C buildings. Class A buildings are considered the best of the pack, usually best location, quality construction and amenities within a Central Business District or Suburban area. Then Class B properties might be lesser desirable location but a high quality construction, finally a Class C building is basically far from a main location with little or not ammenities.
