Property Due Diligence
During the initial acquisition of a property, we will coordinate and follow the progress on all inspections, environmental studies, appraisals, property condition reports, forensic accounting and surveys to minimize risk of the investment for the prospective purchaser. We will conduct an in-depth review of asset condition, deferred maintenance and warranty issues, review current leases, and provide tenant analysis. This is critical to both manage current challenges as well as detect potential unexpected issues or untapped opportunities.
